Hi! I’m Kelly, and I help smart, driven, high-achieving women & men (you) cultivate awesome healthy lives that don't include perfection & starvation - but do include a sustainable plan that helps you find your power and fuel your body so you can kick ass in life.

Societal pressures and the fitness industry have perpetuated this idea that your health journey will (and should) fit inside of a box. That if you follow a rigid workout schedule or specific diet (that millions of others follow) - than you will achieve optimal health. But, there are conditions for this plan. You must not waiver from it, or you'll never learn to listen to your own internal cues, and you will always rely on someone else to tell you what to do. Sounds like being a prisoner to food & exercise, doesn't it? It takes the power away from us and is hardly sustainable, and definitely not enjoyable. It also fails to address all the other important factors in health that are completely unrelated to food & movement - think relationships, stress, sleep, & your sex life! 

So let's get real here. 

You are an intelligent person with soul-shaking goals and ladders to climb - but maybe you've been sacrificing your health for your career, family, & relationships and you're starting to lose your mojo. You've always been a rockstar but lately the fatigue, stress & lack of confidence in your body are starting to cause you to slip. Intuitively you know that focusing on your health is exactly what you need to take you from good to unstoppable, BUT due to all the confusing messages out there you have no idea where to start and you don't have the time or patience to figure it out (cause, goals - duh). Am I close?

You can get to a place where you learn to care for your body without taking it to extremes - and I'm here to help you do that. You CAN be feminine & powerful; masculine & gentle. You can still be graceful & walk with determination. It is possible to practice self-love and be resilient. You will be successful in life AND be healthy & fit. It isn't an all or nothing relationship; in fact that kind of relationship is toxic (I know from experience).  Health isn't an image, it's a way of life - and the best way to start is by letting go of unrealistic expectations and embracing where you are at today.

Time to simplify.

I'll take all the guesswork out of all the really bad information out there and together we will design a road map to get you to where you want to be. It will involve food, connection & a healthy dose of sweat. It will be sustainable, actionable, and motivating - and oh yeah, it will light a fire under you that will spark creativity, give you clarity & boost your confidence. Other side effects may include: a boost in energy, stress reduction, possible weight loss, increased physical & emotional strength and total self-acceptance. 

You'll crave it because you know it makes you come alive.

No one way of moving or eating is perfect for everyone. There is no one size fits all, no quick fix or magic pill. Health absolutely takes time, but it doesn't have to be so damn rigid - and it should never take hours out of your day. (That's just crazy talk - and ain't nobody got time for that!) It should never be about getting small or thinking small - it should be about expansion - and that expansion is going to have you thinking & living BIG. 

Working with me will help you fully realize your self worth. 

Health begins with radical self-love, which translates into finding your power, fueling your spirit, & accepting the body you are in. It is a true journey in changing and adapting, listening and responding, nourishing & moving. Along the way you may discover that while kale & cardio are good for you physically, tapping into your cravings, addressing stress & getting vulnerable are what you really need.  Building (or rebuilding) a relationship with food & movement (and ultimately, your body) will give you the freedom to live life without rules.  

It takes guts to put your health at the top of the to-do list, but I know that kind of bravery will lead to you to showing up & smashing goals - because health fuels success.  

I think it's time for you to get clear on your goals - because clarity is POWER. Whether we work together to get you physically stronger or we spend time cleaning up your diet or addressing your cravings - you will find your jam! It's time to stop telling yourself that you can't have it all - and instead, start writing your own rules for the life you want.
