My name is Kelly Travis

Yes, I help high achievers what’s really driving them. And I’m a Certified Enneagram Practitioner. Yes, I guide individuals and teams beyond surface solutions to real change.

But also? I’m a badass mental health ninja. I’m not one of those people who blows steam up everyone’s ass only to leave you hanging on a thread of “what’s next.” I actually fully embody the importance of prioritizing mental health and wellbeing while working towards personal and professional growth and change.

Because when you feel good, you can do a hell of a lot more.

It wasn't that long ago that I was doing everything "right" - dual roles as publisher of a major magazine and director of marketing, training for Olympic trials, eating all the vegetables. From the outside, I had it all together.

The truth? What a mess. I was stuck in patterns I didn't even recognize, thinking and acting in ways that looked good but felt terrible. Classic high achiever stuff - doing all the things while being completely disconnected from myself.

Then came my breaking point - two lines on a pregnancy test that changed everything. Nothing like a bathroom floor moment to make you realize something has to change. And not just another "let me try this new strategy" change. Real change.

See, I'd spent years "recovering" from an eating disorder without understanding what was actually going on in my head. I was great at maintaining the image (hello, control), but I had zero clue about my core motivations or why I kept choosing behaviors that were clearly not working.

That night on my bathroom floor became my "enough is enough" moment. I had to choose: stay stuck in the same patterns or figure out what the hell was really driving me.

I chose the “hard way”. (Plot twist: it turned out to be the better way.)

For the first time, I gave myself permission to look at my blind spots (ouch), examine my beliefs (double ouch), and understand what was really driving me. Turns out, when you understand how you think, act, and feel, you can actually choose something different. Who knew?

And here's what really blew my mind - understanding myself transformed how I showed up as a leader. Suddenly, I could see why I was such a control freak (hello, core motivations), why I avoided conflict like the plague (thanks, people-pleasing), and why I kept burning myself out trying to prove my worth - my whole leadership style transformed.

My team felt it too. Instead of projecting my patterns onto them (you're welcome, former team members), I learned how to lead from understanding. Suddenly, I could see why different team members approached things differently. Why some people needed all the details while others needed the big picture. Why conflict wasn't actually going to kill me.

My Mission…

Today, I help others make that same journey - from auto-pilot to awareness, from stuck patterns to real choice. Because when you understand what's really driving you - not just what you think should be driving you - everything changes.

This isn't about following someone else's playbook (we've all tried that, right?). It's about understanding yourself deeply enough to create lasting change. It's about seeing your patterns clearly and choosing different responses. Even when it's uncomfortable. Especially when it's uncomfortable.

Whether you’re

  • Stuck in patterns you can't quite name (but can definitely feel)

  • Ready to understand what's really driving you

  • Tired of hitting the same walls (they don't move, by the way)

  • Looking for change that actually sticks

  • Leading others but seeing your patterns show up in your team

  • Ready to transform how you work with others

I meet you where you are. We dive deep into understanding how you think, act, and feel - your core motivations, your blind spots, your real potential. No cookie-cutter solutions. No toxic positivity. Just real understanding that leads to real change.

Because here's what I know: When you understand yourself - truly understand how you think, act, and feel - you transform everything.

Ready when you are.

"I have become much more self-aware in all aspects of my life—from how I feel physically to the way I talk to myself to everything in between. This awareness has helped me shift my mindset when needed and take the steps needed to move toward my personal and professional goals."

- Stacey Wedding, CEO, The Stacey Wedding Group

“You are playing small”— among the most honest and powerful words any friend, mentor, or coach has ever said to me. And it has been these insights in my work with Kelly that have really inspired me to look deeper and aspire for more, both personally and professionally. Now I believe that it’s okay for me to want the things I want.”

“Kelly is amazing. She has a straightforward, action-based approach that I really connected with. She helped me change that way I think about myself and how I approach life.  Working with her after only six sessions was a hundred times more beneficial than a year’s worth of therapy.”
